Guests will have the opportunity to pick fresh herbs, spices and plant materials that are used to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Each session demonstrates how to prepare the ingredients to produce wholesome scrubs, potions, and lotions straight from the garden. A healthy blended juice is then served followed by a replenishing spa treatment to counteract the effects of a modern lifestyle. Guests will receive a ‘Spa Secrets’ recipe book upon completion to take home and continue practicing natural beauty treatments.
