Yoga without the effort! A gentle form of Thai massage on a floor mat. Our male therapists only have been trained in this beautiful technique. You are given Thai pants and a tshirt to wear as this massage has a lot of body contact between therapist and client. Your therapist uses his thumbs, palms, forearms, feet, knees and torso to press and stretch your body. He uses slow rhythmic movements to release blockages from the sen (meridian lines). This is a beautiful and deeply relaxing experience.
