Ayurveda is a system of traditional Indian medicine. "Shirodhara" is a Sanskrit word combining two other words - "shiro" meaning "head", and "dhara" meaning "flow". Shirodhara is a very relaxing treatment where warm, fragrant oil flows onto the "third eye".  It leaves you feeling both calm and clear headed. It is used to harness the flow of energy around your body.
