FOOT BATH – The foot ritual includes a soak in sea salt – Mother Nature’s natural antiseptic. The salt is mixed with peppermint, a natural and healing anti inflammatory herb. The ritual of cleansing and massaging your feet removes the negative energy that has collected.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE –  Aromatherapy massage incorporates highly concentrated essential oil added to the massage oil or lotion. When you inhale essential oil molecules, they are transmitted to the limbic system and affect heart rate, stress level, blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion, and the immune system. Essential oils are also believed to be absorbed through the skin. Each essential oil has different healing properties, for example, some calm while others energize.
