Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawai’ian massage which combines various massage techniques and was originally designed to holistically address the body-mind-soul complex. The long, contiuous strokes of this massage are designed to help the body let go of old patterns and behaviors, that may cause stress on many levels and lead to strains, muscle tension, and tight body tissues. Lomi Lomi is aimed to release tension, assist blood and lymph flow, eliminate waste products and toxines, and to rejuvenate the body in order to leaving you with a sense of peace, harmony and wellbeing.
